Data Deletion Instructions | TITC Studio

These instructions apply to all games of Time Innovation (TITC Studio).

If you wish to delete your game account or personal data, please follow the steps below:

1. Send a Deletion Request

Please send an email from your registered email address to the customer service mailbox: [email protected], indicating "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

2. Provide the Necessary Information

Please provide your account information in the email (such as the game name, account or character name) so that we can verify your identity.

3. Processing Period

After receiving your request and completing the verification of your identity, we will delete your relevant personal data within a reasonable period (in principle no more than 30 days).

4. Points to Note

After your account is deleted, your game progress, rewards and related records cannot be recovered; please confirm carefully before submitting your request.
